Hello, my name is Kyle and I am a dedicated and experienced Grademan/General Labourer with 8 years of experience in the construction industry for Dufferin Construction Company. I am starting DK contracting as a side project. As a Grademan, I am responsible for setting and maintaining grade levels on construction sites, ensuring that all work is done accurately and to the highest standards. I am also skilled in operating some heavy machinery such as rubber tire backhoes,loaders, mini excavators, skid loaders, etc and have a strong understanding of construction plans and blueprints. In addition to my Grademan duties, I also have experience in general labour work, including site clean-up, material handling, and assisting with various tasks on the job site. I am physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions, making me a reliable and hardworking member of any team. Throughout my career, I have developed excellent communication and teamwork skills, allowing me to work effectively with my colleagues and superiors. I am detail-oriented, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
